I have a website that is WordPress with Theme 'The Professionals' by Elegant Themes, here is the link to theme

Recently when I checked it in Google tools it returned 'Not mobile-friendly'

I would like to change the Theme to one that is mobile friendly with a simple layout that similar to the existing if possible
