I’m looking for someone who can build a website which is going to work like a calendar for events to be launch as an App. It means it's a website wrapped in a App (web wrapper app)

There are 4 different users:

Who can control content of the whole website

Ambassadors Users - -

They can give access and control the content of the organiser user

Event Organiser Users- -

They can upload / edit / delete their own events

Regular users - -

They can add / delete events or classes from the organisers IN their own favourite list or own calendar
