-be able to work with or without supervision.
-be Skype-friendly.
-have a good understanding of the following PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, j Query, CSS, WordPress, Magento, python etc. (or enough skill needed to develop the website and app)

-Ability to develop mobile apps will be an added advantage.
