We have two websites currently using Joomla Templates which we encounter problems like instability, attacks by hackers and viruses, website down for no reasons and difficulties in editing some components or modules on the site. We are looking for a change in the web design as well as a different template which are more user friendly. The current website directory is roughly what we would like to do, just looking to improve the design further and transfer to a more userfriendly template where non IT staff can update and edit the admin page.

Please provide us with a quote and propose what are the options available for my above request.
