I need to create a Web page where:

(Part A) a prospective employees will be able to post their information about themselves, work capacity, hours and days they can work,

(Part B) prospective patrons will be able to post their information about themselves, specific needs, hours and days in need of an employee;

(Part C) administrator: will be able to receive this information and if we match two parties (employee and patron) we will have the capacity to create and control a chatroom and give them permition to chat.

This page will get payments trough Pay-pal.

And set this page with a hosting.
