I am looking for an IT professional who would assist me in an initial stage of my project with a project management, responsible for technological aspects, such as an implementation plan, definition of technologies to be used, etc.

The project I have in mind is a real estate postings aggregator (estimated ~150 ths posts, incl. 500 ths images and maps), which should on a continuous basis aggregate postings from around 30 non-English websites, store the data, present the date on own website (I know all this has its specific IT terminology, but I am a finance, not an IT guy), enable users to log-in and update their past searches etc. (i.e. relatively complex set of search parameters, but maybe trivia from an IT perspective).

My goal is to reach a test phase relatively fast, to see reaction of existing web sites (presumably adverse) to the aggregation attempt.

Interested? Include a step by step plan, timing and cost. If successful, this could be an ongoing cooperation.

Added base on numerous previous bids: Is anyone reading it until the end? I wonder ...

To be more specific: This job requires skills to build a complete engine running behind the website, nut just a website itself. With these skills, you posses, I hope to be able to plan next steps and contract actual development/programming work.
