Creating a website to sell a Customizable ID Card

We are looking for a PHP expert to create a website to sell one customizable product. The product is a printed identification in the size of a credit card that the user creates by entering some words and uploading a picture.
We need the following functionality implemented:
1. The user types in the details of his ID and they are previewed live in real time on the product previewer. This is similar to this:
[login to view URL] This is probably the hardest thing to develop of the website. The rest is just customizations. Just have a look at the enclosed PDF file where all the pages are identified.
2. Images can be uploaded and cropped in the online editor in order to fit them in the right size on the ID
3. The final product should be previewable as created by the user.
4. The data the user entered is also in the backend and is connected to the order. It is also in the right format so it the ID is ready for printing.
5. Payment integration with PayPal for the beginning and later with credit card

We don't want to use a shop-software as it is just one product that we [login to view URL] the ID creator shouldn't be based on Adobe flash as many people might buy the item with their iPad. The website should also work perfectly on the ipad. But it doesn't need to work on smartphones.
Contractor requirements:
We’re looking for a long-term contractor to develop and maintain this website. The ideal developer has:
1. Successfully developed or shops
2. Strong experience in general website development
3. Is familiar with online-shops and their development
4. Has great organizational and time-management skills to get work done on schedule.
The goal is to finish developing and testing the website before 15 February 2015 (easy).

7. works quickly without sacrificing quality
As this is a bigger project we’ll do skype interviews and at the skype interviews we’ll show you two websites that are similar to what we'd like to have.
