I want to have a website for my office.

The website interface should have our logo and only field for username and Password.

I will give specific people users so that they login.

When they log in the should have the facility to enter data to me in a form of a table with information that i want, before filling the table, i need them to name the table and type less than 10 fields for me to know general idea about this table.

they should be able to fill more than one table, because the tables are considers as a group of people who will travel.

Then, My side.

When i log in, i want to see all users and i should be able to view all the information that they enter and by date, I should be able to add the price for each table entered and then when they pay i can add the payment that will deduct their outstanding.

as i said there will be a table for each group, my job is to fill specific forms by the information that i have in the table and i need to do that by a click ( EX. Generate form) (there will be almost 4 forms)

I need another bottom to generate table, (table will have some of the information filled)

I need a feature, where if any of the users entered information for a person who is already exist (Then the user can choose that person and if he did, the full row will be filled by his previous information (passport number will be the filed which will make sure that this is the same person)
