We are Canadian real estate team offering residential and commercial real estate services in the Greater Calgary metropolitan area and select surrounding communities. Being an integrated real estate marketing and sales company, our services include but are not limited to - real estate consulting, marketing, and sales. Our team holds specialized knowledge in buyer representation, seller representation, condominium ownership, senior's real estate, internet marketing, green real estate, and property acquisition for investment purposes.
Our city's Economic Development department has put together a non-profit economic initiative which is planning a trade mission to China in the next few months. We are looking for a company put together a couple of presentations to help us attract foreign investment.
The first presentation is to attract local condo developers to focus marketing towards Chinese investors as many of them plan to establish themselves in our city. The second presentation is a Referral Program we would like to introduce locally and internationally (China). It would be geared towards industry professionals in their respective areas, the advantages of the program and breakdown the referral commissions.
Job Description:
Your responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the client to understand business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
- Effectively conceptualize, design and create high-quality presentations utilizing a variety of digital media formats
- Communicate design strategy and rationale to stakeholders
- Handle multiple projects and deliver results in a timely manner
- Contribute suggestions or ideas to improve branding and messaging
Your qualifications:
- Strong grasp of visual design principles, information design, typography, color, imagery and iconography
- Compelling portfolio that demonstrates elegant and innovative visual design
- Primary skills: Graphic Design, Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote, video production an asset but not required
- Ability to work with constructive criticism as well as adhere to deadlines
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- References or an established reputation on freelancer preferred
