I would like to start up a small diner and call it Medina's Breakfast Club. I am currently running a multi-million dollar Home Health Care company and I need and want a change. I love being a nurse, but I also love to see people happy and healthy. This diner will provide mainly breakfast foods but other lunch sandwiches will be available. I want to bring a piece of the south up north to Ohio. I want that home feeling with a little of southern charm in our cooking. With this grant, I will use the proceeds to start up what I envision Medina's Breakfast Club to be and continue my forever career in servicing people!
