Need to create two custom formula in Google Sheets. This formula does the following

Call the JIRA REST API. The JIRA REST API will returns a json doc and have a field for 'total' and the value needs to be extract

1. formula name: jql-count

input :

1. JQL: project = foo and resolution = closed and createdate=2023-1039

In this example, you would encode the JQL and make the corresponding JIRA REST API call

2. formula name: jfilter-count

input :

1. filter Id:

In this example, you would call the filter API to extra the total number of issues in the response
