I'm in need of a Social Media Marketing professional to help with my Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp accounts. My main goal is to generate leads and conversions, so I need someone with experience and proven results in this area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy

- Create engaging content tailored to the different platforms

- Monitor performance and adapt strategies to increase lead generation and conversions

1. Primarily focus on bringing in Wholesale customers (B2B). Try messaging our products to our competitors and bring them to a conversation on WhatsApp. We prefer a minimum of 5 WhatsApp conversation per week. In this way we can create a pool of Wholesale customers (We can name it WS pool). You will have to be a part of the conversation during the initial stages.

2. Make simple non aesthetic posts whenever a B2B product arrives and share it to all our wholesale customer. No WhatsApp groups will be encouraged. Conversations with B2B customers must be unique and specifically targeting their products.

3. Try creating 3 reels per week and post them (Videos will be send from us).

4. Also, 5 posts per week.

5. All the posts must be set in a way to get organic views and must be aesthetic.

6. Work on running ads on a very minimal budget. This needs to be monitored regularly and updated
