I'm looking for a skilled google sheets and forms developer who can take the attached (paper forms) and create mobile friendly forms that can be aggregated into a google sheet and then the last eight hours of data being graphically represented. There are presently 12 Production control sheets I want this done for but I anticipate a further 12 forms being needed.
