I have two long columns of company names in Microsoft Excel (XLSX).

Column A - new data

Column B - existing data

I want to remove duplicates and produce a new Column C of company names that are from column A but NOT in Column B.

however, companies are not 100% match (some include the word "INC" or "SRL" etc)- so we are looking for a macro or filter that would remove if the first XX (say 10) characters are a match?

Can that be set and figured out?
