Create a Menu Item in Google Sheets Called "RoofersTakeoff" with one sub-menu item called Import. When Import is clicked, look in cell A1 for text data that I need imported along with formulas. Here is an example:

Column A,Column B,Column C

3,7,=SUM(A2:B2)

9,2,=SUM(A3:B3)

5,8,=SUM(A4:B4)

1,6,=SUM(A5:B5)

Offset:1

Column B,Column C,Column D

3,7,=SUM(B7:C7)

9,2,=SUM(B8:C8)

5,8,=SUM(B9:C9)

1,6,=SUM(B10:C10)

Offset:4

Column E,Column F,Column G

3,7,=SUM(E7:F7)

9,2,=SUM(E8:F8)

5,8,=SUM(E9:F9)

1,6,=SUM(E10:F10)

1. Split that data on ===. Each item is a table to build. Put one row between each table

2. Check if the first line of each group contains the text "Offset."

3. If it does, split that line on the colon to get the number

4. Offset means start x columns over. For example, Offset:2 would mean start in the B column and add rows based on the data. If no Offset, start in A column. See screenshot attached for an example of what should import based on the example above.
