Looking for Virtual assistant (Long term)

Key attributes (Willing to take instructions and not be stubborn, willing to learn and take initiative)

Due to confidential nature, Singapore citizens or people residing in Singapore preferred.

1. Copy information and email them to me and update records.

2. When given a task of items. Go to the designated websites to fetch the latest details of each item. (On going - ad hoc)

3. Prepare spreadsheets and templates as required.

4. handle confidential documents over email.

5. Be able to get on the phone using Skype or other means and speak in a clear accent.

6. Have ID proof and sign a confidentiality agreement.

7. Update webpages and submit articles into websites.

8. Assist with requests from the M.D. as and when required.
