Overview

Using the Drupal 8 Field Validation module we need to validate the format of a field against the format of a reference number issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa.

Criteria

Number issued by the Master of the High Court of South Africa

Example reference: G549/17

Consists of 4 parts:

1. 1 or 2 Letters

2. Number between from 1 onwards (integer)

3. Forward Slash (/)

4. Year (two digits eg 17)

String cannot contain spaces
