I'm in need of a skilled PostgreSQL DBA who can help optimize our database performance, set up and maintain database replication, and ensure our database's security is tight. Our database is currently running on PostgreSQL 13.13 hosted on Rocky Linux 9.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Database Performance Tuning:** Analyze current database operations and implement optimizations to enhance speed and efficiency.

- **Data Backup and Recovery:** Establish and test backup and recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.

- **Database Security Management:** Audit current security measures, recommend improvements, and implement robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive information.

- **Database Replication Setup and Maintenance:** Configure replication to enhance data availability and disaster recovery capabilities.

#### Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proficient with PostgreSQL 13.13

- Experienced with Rocky Linux server environments

- Strong background in database performance tuning

- Proven track record in setting up and managing database replication

- Knowledgeable in database security best practices

- Ability to work independently and provide recommendations for improvements
