Attached are two spreadsheets ('To add') and ('Master').
You must do the following;
(1) Change all the dates to the numerical format. Hence '2nd february 2016' should be 2/2/16. The same format as the master.
(2) The rows in the 'To Add' sheet need to be input correctly into the Master sheet. Matching each exercise. Each row has a exercise followed by the amount. You need to put the correct value into the correct cell in the master sheet.
For example "bench press free 32-10-3" is in the 4-Feb-16 row of the 'To Add' sheet. Therefore you need to put the value 32-10-3 into the 4/3/16 row of the 'Chest' sheet in 'Master'
This should not take more than an hour or two, quick work.
