Fill out excel sheet on Costa Rica hostels, hotels, guesthouses *per entry payment*

I need a team/individual to research hotels/hostels/guesthouses in Costa Rica and fill out the attached excel sheet.
The requirement is to list every hostel, hotel, and guesthouse available through the internet for each city/town listed in the Excel. There are 31 towns listed.
Each town could have a range of 2 - 200 listings. Most listing have under 30 hostels/hotels/guesthouses.
Payment is for each valid entry. You'll need to collect for each:
1. Name
2. Website URL
3. Address
4. Search Ranking
5. Total search results for each listing
6. Pricing for different tiers during low season
7. Pricing for different tiers during high season
Here are some instructions for each:
1. This is the official name of the hotel, hostel, or guesthouse
2. The website URL. If there is none do not list the entry
3. Physical Address of the hotel/hostel/guesthouse
4. You find this by searching the city name + costa rica + hostel/hotel/guesthouse. List the position that business shows up on. If its not on the first 4 pages, put N/A
5. Search city name + costa rica + hostel/hotel/guesthouse and record the # of search results. This is not specific to each entry.
6. Go to the website for each entry and search for rates. Low season are rates in May - November of the year
Pricing tiers are dependent on the type of the entry. If its a hostel then you look for bunk rates and then private rates. Average out the costs and put those into the pricing tiers
7. Go to the website for each entry and search for rates. High season are rates in November - April of the year
Where to get the listings:
1. You can google search each town and list the ones you find
2. Use sites like [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], hostelworld.com.
^ Use both methods.
