This is a long-term opportunity for a qualified candidate for a long-term full-time (40 hrs per week) salary of 300$ CAD per month

A commercial painting company bidding in various tenders to win painting projects is looking for an admin assistant with the prospect of a long-term employment contract.

duties on a daily basis:

-Research through the tender system and identify painting projects

-read and measure architectural drawings

-Communication with corresponding parties to obtain additional info as needed by phone/Email in Canada

-Gathering necessary info about the bidder(Division 9 painting) in the documents (Construction type: Addition/Renovation, New construction )

-Preparation of bids for submission

Note: phone communication might be necessary on a daily basis to reach out to involved parties in Canada.

The candidate must be:

-able to speak and write in English at advanced level

- have construction related background

-able to make outbound calls to Canada (preference
