SharePoint/Office365/C# development help

Looking for an experienced or motivated SharePoint/Microsoft developer to help pick up the slack. It's consistent part-time work which would likely average out to 20 hours per week with a 30 hour cap. Being able to jump on periodic calls and send status update emails in English would be a HUGE plus but not a requirement. Though agencies are ok, I would prefer a motivated individual that is looking to get a foothold in self-employment consulting and open to a long term engagement.

The following are examples of some projects in scope:

1) A SharePoint 2016 on-premise farm (that was just upgraded from 2010) that needs guidance and implementation on how end users can easily search and find presentations (which are PowerPoint files). Managed Metadata is important on this one.

2) Tweaks to an ASP.NET application that allows remote users to submit service tickets which are then synced to an on-premise SharePoint 2013 farm.

3) Leading a migration effort from a TFS 2010 environment to Visual Studio Online. I'll do the heavy lifting but need the project to be managed.

Additional notes: ASP.NET experience is crucial and could replace the C# aspect. 9 - 5 CST availability (give or take a few hours) would also be helpful.
