I have arduino uno and GSM sim900 module. I want to control powering on, off, and timer for 4 LED lights. I made the android application that send a sms message from mobile phone to the sim card that installed on the GSM sim900. the message will contain ( Light ON ) or ( Light TIME Minute -- Second -- ).

I want to make arduino software code to run my project as needed. ( I tried to run it using some arduino libraries but it dose not work).
