We have 1500 Sq.ft. plot with width: 30 feet and depth: 50 feet.

I created a diagram of our planning which includes Ground + 1 floor.

We need:

1. Architectural plan

2. Structural plan which will comprise 4 to 5 plans ( beam layout, column layout, foundation, etc)

3. Electrical layout ( + we need AC connection in every room)

4. Plumbing layout ( Include septic tank + submersible )

5. Create front elevation and interior design presentation in 3D.

Please note:

- Design needs to remain the same, but you can do any size changes due to RCC column

- We want to build this home on the RCC structure so that we can add more floors in the future.

- You have to describe everything very professionally with sizes.

- It is a one-way open plot because all the buildings are connected, so no window will come out on the corner only the front side can remain.
