I have around 12-15 house plans for different houses with plot sizes, 30x60, 35x70, 40x80 and 50x90. I have Cad files of all these house plans. All the house plans are drawn in Cad. An Architect is required to do the following things:

1- Analyze the floor plans for any functional errors.

2- Do the complete furniture layout of all the plans including landscaping.

3- Render each plan according to the plans shown in the attached file.

4- Design contemporary style elevations for each design.

5- Render the 3D elevation.

6- Compose an A2 sheet with shwoing the rendered floor plans and 3D perspective of the building, a small concept brief and stats including covered area, nos of rooms etc.

The Architect should be really creative perosn and the the exterior of the house should be outstanding and extra ordinary.

Please send your House Design portfolio showing your complete design work so that your design capabilities can be assesses. Please also submit the 2D renderings and 3D renderings of houses to assess the rendering [url removed, login to view] also send your design concept and name of Architects you are inspired with.

Possibility of long term work exist for innovative person. There will continued work of designing different size houses but with really innovative designs.
