MP3 Sound Editing Service

I'm seeking a student or audio editing professional who can fine-tune audio tracks. Key work will involve adjusting volume levels and trimming, enhancing or cutting specific sections to remove unwanted parts from the audio recordings. My recordings are done with basic recorder apps.
This is not an artistic project more like a gathering evidence project -- as required by my Strata Council. I'm sorry that it's not a podcast or other production. These are just recording I've made in my Apartment of the noise which comes through the ceiling up to 15 hours a day. There will be lots of back and forth between us, as I send you files to check over and enhance for clarity, if possible. Also editing and cutting of the relevant pieces. Feedback with ideas of how to improve capturing sounds etc., would be greatly appreciated!
I would like to get the individual clips and if possible a compilation of all the applicable clips.
This is a job I just don't have the skills for.
I'm expecting this project will take some time and might be ongoing for a while as I send new clips. This is not an urgent project. I don't expect quick turn-around.
Ideal skills:
- Proven experience in audio editing
- Proficiency in audio editing software that can handle MP3 and Wave
- An ear for detail to achieve the precise editing demanded.
