Clean up voice over audio file (3min)

I am looking for a freelancer to clean up an audio file for me, recorded in MP3 format. It is 3 minutes long and recorded in mono. I need noise reduction for all noises, removing background fan. The audio is from a piece to camera. But the good microphone was not switched on. So we got a very room sound with a fan noise in the background from overhead light. I would like to get a more crisp and clear audio track. The final video will have a music bed so that will conceal some of the hum etc. but I would like a cleaner track to work with. I need someone who can produce a cleaner sound from this distant (8 foot distance mike) audio recording.
