We have an existing website that is very similar to this tutorial here [login to view URL]

I like to add a few functionalities to it:

1) Add file upload and let users view the uploaded file(s)

2) Show record creation and updated timestamp on web pages

3) When someone inserts, updates a record, email it to a designated person

4) Add roles (admin, regular users)...admin can add users, delete records..Users can only make updates to their own records.
