183362 production access db error

I have a site that is in classic asp with access db.

its been working for years and no code changes. suddenly I get error when i try to access any page that requirs paging. any page that the sql breaks down the record to allow paging of the records for a list.

error was due to low resourses. i dont recall the exact error but it did mention resources.

I deleted the db and i uploaded it again but now it sais

Provider error '80004005'

Unspecified error

D:\WEBSITES\[url removed, login to view]\WEBSITE\CONTROLCENTER\../includes/[url removed, login to view], line 4

now nothing works.

i tried uploading an older version of the db which is alot smaller in size. and same thing happens.

I need someone who is an expert to jump in and fix this problem.

again, before when I was getting error it was only on pages that allowd me to page between records.

the rest of the pages that accessed db worked. ones that got data and returned. the conn type is diff for paging records since it has to cache it so i guess it was too large and ran out of resources.

now nothing works when i re-uploaded the db.

again no code changes.
