ECS setup in AWS

Current scenario : We have deckspec([login to view URL] file) which is deployed for ECS Cluster setup in Linux and Window using ASG
Requirement : To have a non ASG version of ECS Cluster Setup. No: of instances within cluster must be inputted by user.
Files to be modified:
1. `gtn-platform-ecs-linux-cluster` - This deployment will create the the EC2 Autoscaling group with EC2 nodes with docker and ECS agents installed for running the containers for Linux
2. `gtn-platform-ecs-linux-data-cluster` - This deployment will create the the EC2 Autoscaling group with EC2 nodes with docker, create and mount EFS with encryption of data on transit using TLS and ECS agents are installed for running the containers
3. `gtn-platform-ecs-windows-cluster` - This deployment will create the the EC2 Autoscaling group with EC2 nodes with docker and ECS agents installed for running the containers for Windows
We have a tool which accepts parameters as input so that shouldn't be an issue.
I just want to split the instance creation deck (Something like a stackset which creates n number of instances) and another deck which registers these instances into an empty ECS cluster.
