THREE (3) DELIVERABLES:

1. Create 3D Terrain with Slope/Contour, Elevation, Driveways and Retaining Walls as shown in Site Plan, then:

Do this placement FIRST - BUILDING A - 55' x 58' on a Steeply slope lot - SEE ATTACHMENTS

:: FLOOR PLAN IS COMPLETE except window sizes not yet determined

Do this placement SECOND - BUILDING B - 30' X 60' Garage with small bedroom suite - SEE ATTACHMENT

:: change position of garage doors and location of bedroom suite

2. CREATE Detailed 3D Exterior of all 4 sides of EACH building and show BOTH placements on the land with slope/contour + elevation.

:: Both buildings share the same driveway, SHOW shared DRIVEWAY IN Detailed 3D Exterior drawing

:: Deliver 3D files in DWG & PDF in ARCH D 24" x 36" format

3. Deliver high quality MP4 animation video showing all sides of both buildings' placement on the steeply slope land with retaining walls shown on site plan within the 1 acre of land.
