Responsibility comes first Efficiency comes first Integrity comes first. Customer satisfaction comes first. Honesty comes first. Reliability comes first. Excellence comes first. Accountability comes first. Innovation comes first. Service comes first. Trust is a fundamental aspect of any successful and long-lasting relationship, whether it be personal or professional. When working with others, trust allows for open and honest communication, mutual respect, and the ability to rely on one another to fulfill commitments and responsibilities. Without trust, there can be misunderstandings, broken promises, and a lack of confidence in the partnership. Building trust takes time, effort, and consistency in actions and words. It requires being transparent, empathetic, and dependable. By prioritizing trust in a working relationship, it can lead to greater productivity, creativity, and ultimately, success. kidogo

During my studies at the university, it was not clear to me why programming was so forced in my telecommunications department. Even more so, when I was choosing the department where I would continue my studies after the first year, I put the programming department in the last place because I hated it. Over the next two years I was okay with it but far from enjoying it, the main thing was I didn't see creativity inside it. Then I was introduced to DSP (Digital Signal Processing) on hardware and immediately fell in love with it. The fact that I could write some code and some little hardware can control other devices and do things in real world really brought me joy and excitement. I still remember the day when my first LED lighted up. Also because programing was necessary part for DSP and without it we couldn't make all the complex things we learned from all other subjects at university, I was really happy that it was forced at my department. I am currently using DSP in the field of telecommunications, more specifically in the radar and audio field. I have learned and implemented all kinds of different things, like : Digital filters (FIR and IIR), Active noise cancellation with adaptive filters (NXLMS algorithm - gradient algorithm), Adaptive thresholding of a signal, tracking algorithms (via alpha-beta filter and Kalman filter), CAPON algorithm (angle estimation on sensor array), also some basic stuff like controlling all types of motors, using different sensors, displays etc... On the other hand I love to be physically active. Strength and running are my go to activities but I also enjoy swimming, hiking, walking, biking and playing all sports with the ball. Running is especially close to my heart, that's why I have ran 6 half marathons with the best time being 1h 46min 17sec. kidogo
