My experience has been gained from working within the Government of Grenada which started of within the ministry of health as a telephone operator. I then moved on to being assistant secretary in the Prime Minister’s office, with my final position being a News Writer and Reporter at the Government Information Service (G.I.S), after which I was introduced to the Call Center industry where I’ve worked for just under seven years before pursuing a lifelong dream of working within the cruise ship industry. During my time on Cruise ship, because of my love for sales, fashion and creating satisfied customers, I opened my own boutique ‘Big Dawse’ boutique which has been in existence for eight years. I would say my greatest accomplishment was working with a cruise line, working seven (7) days per week for 8-9 months at a time. I am no stranger to hard work, multitasking, taking initiative, working with little or no supervision and adapting to change, hence the reason I am excited to become part of your team where I can put my experience to work.
