'Royal' themed ornaments under the name, like here: http://webvilla.pl/wp-content/uploads/2013/10/bc3w.jpg , but smaller and slimmer. Could be also 2 ornaments on the sides.

-(light) Creme background. Suggested font color: dark brown

-discrete and small English flag applied, e.g. next to name or in the corner, a 'round' flag like a circle is preferred

After giving it a thought, the business card doesn't need to have round corners! Square corners are actually more elegant, especially if you add frame like s04530612 did!
