Unique Vertical Logo Design for Valor Workstrings

I'm looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a logo for my company, Valor Workstrings. The primary concept behind the logo is to incorporate the image of a Marine Sergeant Dress Blues chevron, however, I'd like to replace the crossed rifles with crossed pipe to reflect the nature of our business. ***UPDATE*** Ive received enough entries of this type please see below for additional logo

I would also like options using the 1st Bn 8th Marines shield (attached as the second image) with the following differences:
1. i want the 1, 8, and Eagle Globe & Anchor emblem removed from the red shield, and to replace with the name Valor Workstrings
2. I do want to leave the 5 stars, in the same exact places
3. I want crossed joints of pipe (attached in the 3rd image) to replace the crossed rifle and sword behind the sheild.

Key Requirements:
- Use of color scheme: Scarlett and Gold
- Logo orientation: Vertical
- Incorporation of imagery: Marine Sergeant Dress Blues chevron with pipes instead of rifles

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in unique and creative logo design
- Strong understanding of military insignia and symbolism
- Proficiency in utilizing color as a branding tool
- Ability to translate a concept into a visually appealing design
- Experience in creating logos for industrial or related sectors would be a plus

When submitting proposals, please include detailed project proposals outlining your approach to the design, any relevant past work, and how you intend to meet the specifications provided. I'm looking for a freelancer who can bring their own creativity to this project, while still honoring the brand identity of Valor Workstrings.
