Based on the great feedback that I have received, I have made some changes to the contest and upgraded the prize amount. Please review the below and I am looking forward to receiving your submissions.

Anyone from around the world can enter. You must submit a photo (images must be original or royalty free and a minimum of 800x600 resolution) on how to apply the latest North American makeup trends for the eyes. This includes the trends of "unusual eyeliner", "Smudgy Eyeliner and Mascara", "Pink Eye Makeup", "Cat Eyes", "Glitter Eyes" (using glitter eye shadow) and "Jeweled Eyes".

Submission must include a picture of what the eyes look like once finished with step by step instructions on how to apply the makeup shown along with the colors and products (name of the product including the company that makes it) used.

Hi, your description of the project is too general. How to apply lipstick, eyeshadow, foundation, ... for each trendy style with images showing before and after and with instructions and everything with free images and the freelancer has to come up with all the content. Also I don't know what you consider trendy, it's based on location. What is trendy in Dubai is different than what is trendy in Canada or Germany. I think it would be better to narrow it down to certain style(s) and maybe provide some content such as instructions (otherwise it will be copy/paste work, We are designers not makeup artists :D). Since you made the contest Guaranteed your 10bucks is gone wether you select an entry or not, this way at least you might receive some relative work to enable you to choose from. Just trying to help.
