Project Title: Travel Office Layout - 2500 Sq Feet

I am in need of a freelance designer to create an office layout for a 2500 sq feet space. The desired layout style is a combination of open and cubicle.

If possible as per Indian Vastu

Specific requirements for the office layout include the inclusion
1. MD Cabin with desk and seating
2. Conference Room for Staff Meeting - To have 8 chairs and TV
3. Lounge Room for Guests - Seating and Small Table on the corner for any document signing etc
4. 3 Cabins for Manager / Teams
5. Open Desks for departments to sit - 3 Departments - Ticketing / Holidays / Visa
6. Pantry with Microwave and Fridge + Seating for staff - minimum 6 at a time
7. Accounts Cabin - To sit 3 people - Can be an open door cabin
8. VIP Toilet - separate door for toilet and hand wash
9. Staff Toilets - Male and Female
10. Entrance Foyer for the Reception
11. Cubicles for Operation and Back End Team

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in designing office layouts
- Knowledge of space optimization techniques
- Ability to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing design
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong communication skills to effectively understand and deliver on client requirements.
