I am looking for a talented graphic designer who can create a captivating poster to attract contestents to our upcoming talent show. The purpose of the poster is to showcase the event and entice potential contestents to sign up.

Requirements:
- The poster should include an eye-catching illustration that reflects the excitement and creativity of the talent show and the prize they can win.
- The preferred color scheme is a combination of bright and vibrant colors, as well as neutral and muted colors. This will help create a visually appealing and balanced design.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Experience in creating visually appealing posters or promotional materials.
- Creative mindset and ability to conceptualize and execute unique and engaging designs.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Can you please make a banner for the talent show, should be the same idea as the banner below but I can't have same 2 years in a row so need a new design.
Text to change:
1. The show will be on the last day of camp, August 10th. deadline to submit is Friday, August 19th.
2. change the year to 2023
3. Instead of writing "and many more talents..." write "or any other talent that you have!"
4. Make the whole poster the banner and a separate sheet for the signup info.
