I am looking for a skilled architect or designer to create a residential villa plan for me. The project involves designing a medium-sized villa, ranging 220 sqm, contain 4 Floors ( Ground - First - Second - Roof )
The Requirements as follows :

1- Ground Floor :
- small outdoor garden.
- External entrance with stairs & elevator .
- Guest reception seating room.
- reception hall with seating .
- guest toilet .
- main kitchen .
- external access driver room & maid room with bathroom for each .

2- First Floor :
- 3 Master Bedrooms.
- Pantry .
- Maid room
- Living room

3-Second floor:
- 4 Master Bedrooms.
-Pantry
- Living room

4- Roof Floor :
- maid bedroom
- luandry room
- roof garden
- Store.

Skills and experience required for this project include:

- Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software
- Experience in designing residential villas, particularly in a modern style
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
- Knowledge of building regulations and codes
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with the client to understand their vision and requirements

    2- Three pictures of the adjacent plot of land, one of what is adjacent to it on the right, one of what is adjacent to it on the left, and one of what is adjacent to it from the front, which is important in order for the villa to be designed with an acceptable concept that meets the conditions.
    3 - A brief overview of the owners of the villa, their profession, their favorite colors, their culture (important), their religion
    , and other very important information in determining the most appropriate design that can be designed to suit the residents of the villa.

    is the area of 220 m2 (10x20m) the size of the land? or the size of the ground floor area of the villa? or is it the same for both?
