Photoshop a picture of a family member into a group photo

We got married last year and in one of the family photos one of our relatives unfortunately missed the big family photo. I'd like to edit her into it and then print it for her for christmas. I've attached some photos she actually was in to use (see annotated images) as well as the image that I'd like to put her in. I'm not sure where the best place to put her is, her husband is marked in the reference photo so perhaps next to him but the orientation and shading doesn't quite work when I try to do it, and it means moving the people down with an overlap on me which is a bit beyond my abilities. See attached annotated photos with thanks.

My expectations for this project:
High quality edit that is capable of being printed in large format, with seamless integration of the relative from the source photos into the destination photo, with corrected lighting/shadows, correct sizing (see reference pictures with same people in each), maintenance of everyone in the original photo.
I'd like to to look photo-real as if she was there in the picture in question.
I've also realised that everyone is facing to their left on the right side of the photo, if possible it would be good to have her align this way so that she doesn't look particularly photoshopped in!
There is also quite a lot of spacing between the groom in the centre and the person standing to his right, I'm not sure whether it would help to narrow this distance to allow grandma to be photoshopped into the space that would be created by sliding people across.
