Need design created for custom rash guard for mma gym

I am looking for someone who can bring my idea to life on a rash guard. Rash guards are commonly worn by no gi jiu jitsu students and that is what I need created.

I have attached my logo which is 2 fists intercepting one another in 2 different colors. One color being a teal color and the other a maroon type color. Our logo also has a gunpowder grey color that I would also like mixed in maybe for the color of the graffiti i will explain later. The rash guard idea would be as follows.

One fist would be one giant hulk like create that matches the color of the fist punching with another hulk like monster doing the same so their fists almost interlock as the logo does.

The arms of the rash guards would be the monsters other arms so one sleeve is one color and the other sleeve the other color. I want the sleeve to have the muscle definition like the monsters would have since it would be their other arm basically.

The rash guard background I would want a city setting with buildings being destroyed from them hitting each other.

The back of the rash guard I would want the same city setting kind of wrapping around and random walls with graffiti with different martial arts our gym teaches. In the middle of the back of the shirt I would like to have our actual logo imprinted into the concrete wall somewhere so we can have that detail as well. Here are the ones I would want on there:

I am hoping this makes sense as it does in my head. Hoping to get some awesome responses and get this project going!

Just to reiterate the hulk like figures should be the same color as the logo colors. So one figure is teal and the other is maroon. The graffiti should be on the back of the shirt.

But this is meant to be made on a long sleeve rash guard so if you could make your design on a shirt so I can make sure it looks right and fits on the shirt how we would like
