I'm seeking an interior designer to craft a modern, upscale layout for my master suite and bathroom, merging style with functionality.

Key Project Elements:
- Develop a layout for a modern bathroom and master suite
- Include a spacious walk-in closet and luxe bathroom amenities
- Implement a sophisticated neutral color palette

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in modern interior design
- Experience designing high-end residential spaces
- Strong portfolio showcasing similar projects
- Ability to integrate spacious storage solutions
- Fluent in luxury bathroom features and trends
- Knowledgeable in smart home technology is a bonus

Your creativity will bring a vision of modern elegance to life, emphasizing spaciousness and indulgent features. Your work will help create a sanctuary reflective of modern sophistication and tranquility with smart utilization of neutral tones.

The layout must use the existing footprint provided.
The basic shape as per the yellow of the drawings.
The walls with blue can be removed.
The walk in closet must contain 3000mm of usable length. If having a walkway must be at least 800mm.
Ensuite must contain a toilet, shower (minimum size 1000x1000mm) a freestanding bath (minimum size 1500x700mm) and a vanity unit (minimum size 900mm)
Be sure that the layout is fuctional a spacious.
