I'm very satisfied with the shape of the current logo, hence these elements should remain intact. However, I'm interested in seeing how a fresh, modern, and minimalistic approach could improve it. The designer should also have some understanding or experience creating designs that suit the travel industry. Your creativity and originality would be very much valued in this project.

Change the font to Moanarainydemo
Have the plane come off of the E like it's moving
close the white space a little bit so the B can have more definition.
I've provided an example with a picture.
Black and white, White and Gold, Black and Gold are the main colors.
Purple and Blue can work as well.
