Looking to redesign the current eagle mascot. I would like for him to be illustrated so that colors and shading are easily interchangeable like the coloring and shading example (ie no gradients, only solid colors). Must be vector art. Must be somewhat "cute" and people friendly, but definitely not childish No mean faces or mean looking eyes. Must appear to be smiling/happy/excited. The mascot must anthropomorphic (have human like qualities) as he will be dressed in different clothing and holding different props according to holidays and special events. Winner will receive additional ongoing work throughout the year.

I'm looking for something close to this image but make it look like an eagle. Must be editable so that I can make changes. Prefer arms, legs, tail, head, and body on separate groups/layers so that I can easily change the pose. Vector format.
