I am a building Consultant that specialises in all types of building inspections - High rise, Residential, Commercial, Civil (roadways, infrastructure etc)

I am after a logo of modern design but not to busy. I want it suitable for letter head, business card, work vehicle door decal and pocket logo on business shirt etc.
Would like it to stand out with colour choice.

I like bold or bright colours (however my work vehicle is Dark Grey) need to be visible against the dark paint. ( I just want it to pop!)

Uploaded file is of a rough idea I had for the wording style/shape with maybe a silhouette outline of buildings above the company name and maybe incorporate a road along the bottom (not sure, you peeps are the experts)

I like the Shape/idea of my company name in the attached logo (minus the house shaped lines). Was my failed attempt at graphic design
If you could work with the company name similar to how it is and maybe do some building outlines or silhouette behind (just an idea)
I would also like to add another small font text line along the bottom - "Where quality is not a compromise"

“Original Logo was a direct copy of another company. (as notified by another freelancer once I awarded) Recommend you double check her logo before awarding money if ever you use this Freelancer. Her concern was to get the money before I was happy with Logo "Get my money was her only concern" bad experience all round. I will not use this Freelancer again.”
