Maelezo ya Shindano

I am responsible for a group of farmers who are really interested in their soils and it's fertility. They are 42 swiss farmers, all linked together as they are already pretty good in their proctice. The project is about learning more about the soil they cultivate. So we created 6 teams with them, distributed around the 3'000 sq m of the canton of Vaud. Each year of the project (2017-2023) we will work on a new theme. 2017 was about soil analysis: how to take good samples, how to interpret the results ans what to do then on the field to get better (like organic matter, mineral elements, active microorganisms...). 2018 was about field diagnostic: they learnt how to do a soil profile, a spade test, and a test with the forks of a tractor.

I think the main themes for the logo would be : soil + agriculture + team work

    Thanks for the first 5! It looks like the green and the brown might be essential. And the leaves might be a good idea to, or if possible an idea with crops (like wheat, corn, canola, or even grass...)
