I need a basic design for use on letterhead and business cards. I have the fonts I prefer and do not want anything fancy. Just monochrome Black and White that is reversible, with a highlight colour under the logo (ie at the bottom of the design, NOT directly underlining the name.

The Business Name is "Wells Prestige"

The preferred fonts are:

Chopsee Softee Semi Bold
Nizzoli Rounded Bold
Jano Round Medium
Sangli Extended Demi

A copy of the old logo is attached. We hate the old fashioned stylised wording and are dropping the word "Property" altogether.
