I'll need to be able to use this for Facebook/Twitter, Website banner, business cards, bike jersey(pic attached), etc.

I'm starting a bicycle-based food delivery service in St. Louis, MO. I'll be connecting the citizens of this fine city with food from their favorite restaurants. It's going to be amazing. We're going to need a logo as awesome as the service we'll be providing.

Initially, I was thinking of something simple, some sort of a symbol, that wouldn't take too many brain cells to remember and associate with our company, biking and food. A friend suggested using a crank of a bicycle, with a fork and a knife for the pedals. I thought that sounded really cool, but I'm open to whatever creative ideas there are out there.

One color seemed the way to go at first, but again, I'm putting this contest up because I'm not the professional here. I'll know what's supposed to be our logo when I see it, though.

I'm working on using blue, red and gold as our brand colors. Attached is a really rough draft of our bike jersey(which is awaiting a big logo on the front), our wonderful city's flag, and a bicycle crank.

Hey everybody. Thanks for the submissions so far. The logo title will be "The Food Pedaler." Ideally, I would like a very simple, clean logo, on that is easily recognizable and stands on its own. Would look good on a business card, a website banner, and also an avatar on Twitter, etc. It would be nice to have that simple logo with and without text "The Food Pedaler" matching well.
