Maelezo ya Shindano

Design for new company logo needed. Final version to be delivered in jpeg and vector file format. Looking for someone that grow with our team and create other logo designs for future customers. 2 versions of logo requested, 1. should consist of Company Name (OneThree) and Tag Line wording (a social media agency) in addition to the number 13 in a circle (please see attached mock-up)
2. should consist of name OneThree Social with the number 13 in a circle.

Updated to add: should have a vintage feel/flare. Fonts should not be modern but rather classic and clean. I have uploaded some vintage style layouts for inspiration.
