I need a new logo for a new website I am creating. The website is called:

momismagic.com

I need a logo that encapsulates what we need and I have included a photo as an idea. We need someone to take our idea to the next level.

The "M" needs to be designed
The Mother head needs to be designed
The hand with the wand needs to be designed.

Please note, we want the head of the mum to be a vector style and we do not want her to have a "race". we need the mum to be transparent (or have a white background) we do not want to have an ethnicity in the image, it needs to be generic.
